Photographing or recording the performance is not permitted.
Exchanges
Patrons can exchange tickets up to two hours prior to the event.
Late Seating
There is no late seating. Patrons arriving late will be seated at the nearest possible break in the performance by an usher. For the safety of the actors, stage crew, and other audience members, late patrons may not be seated in their assigned seat until intermission. Refunds will not be provided for late patrons.
Refunds
In the unfortunate event of a canceled performance, tickets will be exchanged without charge for another date or future ICSVPAC production. No other refunds for performances will be given. Idaho Central Spokane Valley Performing Arts Center will not be liable for travel or other expenses incurred in connection with a canceled or postponed event.
In addition, you agree not to dispute or seek a chargeback from the company whose credit card you used to purchase tickets from ICSVPAC. Doing so may result in Idaho Central Spokane Valley Performing Arts Center refusing to honor any pending or future ticket purchases made.
